Group sessions are the ideal way to start the day, regain focus and energy, or to simply unwind at the end of a busy day. Group sessions also strengthen that all-important team bond and assist to create a healthy culture. Our sessions are facilitated by qualified personal trainers and group fitness instructors and are typically held over 6-12 weeks, however some companies choose to run them all year. Classes include yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation, boxing, circuit training, boot camp, running and dance.

Depending on the style of the session they are held either onsite in your offices or close to your offices at an outdoor location. Sessions typically run for 45 minutes. Our group instructors are qualified and experienced fitness professionals who hold the appropriate industry body registrations and insurance.
