Join us at Beingwell Healthcare for a 6 week Meditation Series with Sacha Stewart, Meditation & Mindfullness Teacher and Kinesiologist & Mind Body Medicine Practitioner.
In her meditation classes Sacha explores mindfulness practices designed to deepen connection with the breath, body and heart; to improve focus, enhance clarity, increase connectivity and reduce stress. The techniques she uses can be applied outside of the meditation space to give you tools to use in every day situations.
During each class, there will be a brief conversation surrounding different topics of meditation and mindfulness, followed by a guided meditation, rounding up the afternoon with an oppurtunity to catch up with your fellow classmates after you’ve had a chance to unwind.
Everyone is welcome. Suitable for beginners or more advanced.
All profits from this series will be going towards the Grow Foundation For Kids. The Foundation’s purpose is to provide information, support and funding for children with neurological challenges.
