Join us at Beingwell Healthcare at 4pm on Saturday 21st April for a free Community Meditation Event with Sacha Stewart, Meditation & Mindfullness Teacher and Kinesiologist & Mind Body Medicine Practitioner.
In her meditation classes Sacha explores mindfulness practices designed to deepen connection with the breath, body and heart; to improve focus, enhance clarity, increase connectivity and reduce stress. The techniques she uses can be applied outside of the meditation space to give you tools to use in every day situations.
There will be a brief introductory conversation on meditation and mindfulness, followed by a guided meditation lasting for 30 minutes, rounding up the afternoon with complimentary snacks from Market on Malvern Cafe and an oppurtunity to catch up with your fellow classmates after you’ve had a chance to unwind.
Everyone is welcome. Suitable for beginners or more advanced.
