DESCRIPTION:Januarys WORKSHOP theme will be – REFRESH –  \nSteph will be sharing her extensive tool kit of wellness knowledge that is guaranteed to nourish your mind body and spirit.  \nRemaining in alignment to the themes intention we will focus on the following: \n  \n– Learn to create space for MORE LOVE in your life \n– Why we must be clear on our WHY and mission. \n– The importance of cultivating awareness  \n– How integrating meditation can rejuvenate your cells  \n– Shifting perspective on how you treat your body  \n– Manifest more abundance into your life  \n– What\, How and Why we Nourish with FOOD. \n– Getting clear on priorities\, values and purpose. \n  \nPicture bohemian set up\, laid back acoustic tunes\, Delicious catering from MOMS kitchen and like minded\, soul chats that are inevitably going to leave you feeling inspired and motivated for making 2018 your year to FLOURISH and THRIVE. \n  \nWere so excited for this new endeavour of community connection and good vibrations to be hosted at Market on Malvern every month of 2018. \nThe positive energy is infectious and lets be honest\, were all in need of making space to be reminded and rejuvenated to show up as the best version of ourselves at the best of times. \nNo better chance to get in early for the new year and make a difference for yourself. \n  \nBe your own biggest cheerleader and create a life that fuels your soul. \n  \nOnly 20 spaces are available!
