Join us on Saturday 26th August at 3.30pm for a Sleep Workshop, hosted by Sophie Ball.

Do you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or constantly wake up throughout the night? Sleep is vital for many aspects of our health, such as regulating mood, metabolism, concentration and cognitive function, and immunity.

This workshop will explore the factors behind a good night’s sleep versus a poor night’s sleep, the importance of sleep for general wellbeing, and tips on how to improve your sleep. The workshop will conclude with a short guided meditation to set you up for a restful night of sleep!

Cost: $5, to be donated to The Art Cabriolet
