Ms Candice McGaw

Justin is a fully qualified Myotherapist who has recently returned to Melbourne after travelling and working as a Massage Therapist in both Australia and Europe for the last 6 years. Justin has experience in treating a wide range of conditions which include sporting and work related injuries, headaches, chronic lower back and neck pain and repetitive strain injuries. Before the treatment a comprehensive history of the condition and past medical history is taken. Then a full postural and range of motion assessment is employed to establish what musculoskeletal structures are dysfunctional. Orthopedic testing may then be used if a specific condition is suspected. This information is then used to formulate a treatment plan and techniques such as dry needling, electrical stimulation (TENS), trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot and cold therapy, joint mobilization and muscle stretching are used to treat the dysfunction. Tanya Wells is a Naturopath, lecturer and writer who practices at Beingwell Healthcare on Malvern Rd, Prahran. She has been in clinical practice for over 12 years and specialises in complicated cases. In addition to offering treatment for general health issues, Tanya specialises in Integrative Medicine: she uses her integrative knowledge to assist patients reduce the side effects of conventional medicines, and also helps patients safely withdraw from medications that are no longer required.
